Welcome to M&R Studios. By booking or using our recording, mixing, or mastering services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before scheduling a session.

🎧 1. General Policy
All bookings, services, and use of M&R Studios are governed by these Terms and Conditions. By reserving studio time or entering the facility, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms in full.

💰 2. Booking & Payment
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the session begins.
• Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where M&R Studios cancels the session.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, or approved digital payment platforms.

🕐 3. Cancellations & No-Shows
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled once without penalty.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations (within 24 hours) are charged the full session amount.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without refund or credit.

🎚️ 4. Studio Usage & Conduct
• Clients must treat all studio equipment and property with care.
• Any damage caused by misuse or negligence will result in repair or replacement fees.
• No food or drinks are allowed near studio equipment.
• Illegal substances, weapons, or disorderly conduct are strictly prohibited.
• M&R Studios reserves the right to refuse service or end a session at any time if these rules are violated.

🔊 5. Recordings & Intellectual Property
• All recordings remain the property of the client once full payment is received.
• M&R Studios retains the right to withhold masters or session files until payment is complete.
• Clients are responsible for backing up their own session files once delivered. M&R Studios is not liable for lost or damaged files after delivery.
• Studio engineers may keep session backups for internal use only, not for distribution.

📸 6. Media & Promotion
• M&R Studios may capture photos or short clips of recording sessions for social media or promotional use unless the client requests otherwise before the session begins.
• Clients who appear in promotional content grant M&R Studios a non-exclusive right to use the material for marketing purposes.

🧾 7. Liability Disclaimer
• M&R Studios is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought into the studio.
• Clients use the facility and equipment at their own risk.
• M&R Studios is not liable for any technical issues, system errors, or interruptions beyond our control (e.g., power outages or equipment failure).

🧱 8. Confidentiality
All client material and recordings are treated as confidential. M&R Studios will not share, release, or reproduce any session content without written consent from the client.

⚙️ 9. Studio Modifications
M&R Studios reserves the right to modify pricing, policies, or terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
