Refund Policy

🎧 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At M&R Studios, we value our clients’ time and our engineers’ commitment to delivering high-quality service. Please review our refund and cancellation terms before booking any session.

💰 Deposits & Payments

  • All bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling.

  • Remaining balances are due before the session begins.

  • Deposits secure your time slot and are non-refundable once booked.
     

🕐 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled once without losing your deposit.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations (within 24 hours) will be charged 100% of the session cost.

  • Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original booking date.

🔄 Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if M&R Studios cancels or cannot honor a booked session.

  • Refunds are not provided for client cancellations, lateness, or failure to show up.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

⏰ Late Arrivals

  • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced studio time without a discount or refund.

📸 Studio Conduct

  • All clients are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment.

  • Any damage to studio property will result in additional fees or booking restrictions.

🔊 Agreement

  • By booking with M&R Studios, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full.
